keybinds are not working

So, I was playing as , and as I got in, as normal, I hit P to shop. only, it doesn't come up. I click on the shop keeper, It didn't work at first, then when the pop up about minions occurred, I could. so I went to leash, and I tried out my spells. I can click the icon then cast it from there, however, quick-cast doesn't work, my worked the same way. The only thing that DID work, was pressing space bar. It isn't my keyboard, as I am typing this on the same one. and I am certain that this is from the new patch. I am not exactly sure what else to put in here, but I am not sure if it is just blitz yet, as that was my first game since it patched.
