[Urf] Cooldown Bug
Was playing Urf mode with Karthus and near the end of the game I go to use my [R] Ult and it says 120 second cool down. I'm not sure what I did that might of triggered it maybe it was from using Zhonya's right before hand?

I had the same bug with Shen, I was spamming R on a champion portrait because I was about to respawn and ended up with a 160 second cooldown. Maybe if you use an ability too soon when you respawn the urf buff may not have been applied to your champion resulting in full cooldowns.
