Patcher issue - Pando Media Booster

The LOL patcher has a pop up asking me if I want LOL to remove Pando Booster. I am going to assume there is a Yes or No choice at the bottom. Unfortunately, I can't see the bottom as it flows below the LOL window and it doesn't allow me to scroll nor can I click on the pop up and move it up to get to the options (assuming the options exist). The user is unable to move past this until it is resolved.

Edit: The ability to close out of LOL is also missing. Unless you know to right click in the task bar to get out you will feel stuck.

I will manually remove Pando but I thought I should bring this to your attention.
