Game lagging and disconnecting for no reason

Ive been playing league for a while now and i never had any connection problems even though my ping is high. I dont lag i dont disconnect, anything bad, but a few days ago i started having sever connection problems. I log in a game, everything is working fine, and suddenly nobody's moving and i get a reconnecting window in the game. My ping didnt increased or spiked, the game didnt lag, it just disconnected. It happens like four or five times in a single game. It makes it unplayable. My internet didnt slowed down or disconnected since i test it and i really dont know what else to do. Edit: The problem only gets worse, it made me lose connection in a champion selection which counted as an abandon. And literaly made me lose a game just because out of the blue i get a reconnecting window and i cant see anything move. Im literaly being punished for no reason whatsoever, as if i disconnected and afk'ed on purpose when i only want to play this game.
