Screen doesn't load and others

So, lately, after the last 2 updates my loading screen began to have problems. At first i thought it was because of the server. Then yesterday i decided to lower my graphics (you know, maybe it's from my computer,though it shouldn't be) and to my surprise, i managed to enter a custom match alone in mere seconds (what it took before about 2-3 minutes). So i decided to play some ranked and there it strikes again. Everyone is loading except for me. So i try to alt+f4, ctrl+alt+del and everything i can to exit the game... it took 2 minutes to exit which is pretty bad. Then i try to relog and the same thing happens, just this time it loads to 98% and stops there. I waited 2 minutes, 4 minutes, i suppose they just rolled for remake but the screen was still stuck like that. Now, i tried 1 more time a ranked as a with a friend . And just like the other time, everyone loads except for me.Yasuo told me after they remade that our had the same problem. SO my question : What am i doing wrong? LOL worked so well (no problems at all) until recent updates. What should i do?
