Katarina zhonya's gameplay bug

I've been having a what seems to be a bug when playing Kat that if I combo and quickly use Zhonya's I am unable to use Q, R, or recall. Even clicking on those abilities wont work. It only has happened after doing the full combo and using Zhon is quick succession. I didn't see anything about this in the rest of the reports so maybe it's new.
