False Low Priority Queue [CLIENT]

If I play with a friend who has a red colored low priority queue penalty, even when the person is no longer in my party, the timer stays the color red. I does not actually effect my queue times, just stays red. This happens almost without fail every time. red penalized player joins party, we queue up, later when he leaves queue stays red. It fixes if I log out and log back in.
