Global chat bug

Anybody experienced this bug on the new client?
Not sure how it was created but I'm presuming these are kind of the steps:
- Queue up with a team of 3 or more
- Go to champion select
- Enemy team bans a champion that was hovered
- Enemy team dodges
Then I'm presuming that has been dodged on gets dumped into the same global chat. Pretty chaotic, our team stayed in the chat for a while, there was so many people in the chat that it actually became unresponsive at one point.
- Can confirm that those who were using the legacy client did not experience this.
