I don't know what's going on, have tried repairing my client, but for some reason I can't choose gift a champion skin, I can gift champions/ward skins and some of the mystery options but skin gifting doesn't select when I click it. Is this an in-client bug? I don't know anyone else experiencing this.
Okay, it seems I can do it for some of my friends, but only after clicking back "choose recipient" and random clicking everywhere. Can't seem to gift to other friends no matter how much I click, and I haven't gifted to this person in a while either.

but yeah, still no luck sending champion skins to a certain friend
i have the same problem, i can buy any other option but not the specific skin unlock :( i'm gifting to one of the first people ever added as he is my little brother, so pretty sure he has been on my list long enough ;)
Iv'e been having the same issues! It won't let me send a skin to specific people! I hope the issue is resolved soon!
