[GAMEPLAY] Poppy doesn't stops attacking after heroic charge

When Poppy Heroic charges a champion, she will now attempt to attack the target immediately afterward >

these are some of the last changes done to poppy, but the problem now is that numerous times since the last patch, maybe even earlier, after using heroic charge poppy just stops auto attacking, which caused me, being used to this combo, a lot of times confused with what's happening - why wouldnt poppy hit the target.

Unfortunately I do not have any video to support this, but I'm pretty sure most of you who would try this out would find the same problem.

Hope you pay attention and fix this bug ASAP
