Bug with minions on TAB panel [GAMEPLAY]

I was playing jungle and when i use TAB i saw enemy jungle got 10 minions then when i got vision on him it showed 80.(repeating throw all game). I think TAB panel shows minions(without jungle monsters) when you have NO vision, and ALL minions and jungle monsters when you got vision. Fix it)

The reason his cs changed when you got vision is because the enemy champion's info doesn't change until your team gets vision of said champion.
