When you hover over your E spell you can normally see the current maximum range of the jump but the last games I could just saw the minimum range of the jump. Furthermore if i casted my E it did not gave me the normal field where i can click to choose where i jump this field just slowy builded itself up

Disable? I still carry games with him... I mean I might be a Zac main but it shouldn't take a genius to slightly remember the range at level 9
