Singed Snare doesn't function after knockup.

So as singed, I am able to "fling lock" various champs like so that they can push me backwards, but I still fling them. I have been successful in aiming them towards my vomit multiple times, but it will never snare them. Additionally, if I am flinging someone into vomit, and they receive a knockup effect, they will NOT be snared upon landing in my slow puddle. ANY form of CC completely negates the advantage of my snare. This happens 100% of the time.

Why not make it so any knockup effect that lands them in the vomit puddle snares? This would be a great boon to singed and also fix the bug.
