Lee Sin ulting Poppy

So, as Lee sin, if Poppy simply has her W active and you ultimate, as in, if you dragon rage a Poppy away from you that has her W active, you will be knocked up and take damage. I believe that this is not the intended use of this ability and it is doing thus bc the ability registers MS within it's circle. It sees that the acceleration of MS around Poppy hits a certain threshold and thus triggers. Rito please, this has killed me more than once.
