[GAMEPLAY] Bone Plating not applying globally to damage
Bone plating - After taking damage from an enemy champion, the next 3 spells or attacks you receive from enemy deal 20-50 less damage.
I do not know if this is on purpose or not the description is kind of misleading, but it seems bone plating is activating for champion specific(first hero that hits you) only.
Example:
- Yasuo hits you
- Bone plating actives and reduces based off 1 proc
- Elise hits you
- Bone plating does not reduce damage you stay at 2 proc
- Yasuo hits you
- Bone plating down to 1 proc and reduced damage
Problem: Either needs clarification of the rune function or bug fix to reduce any damage from the next 3 procs of bone plating by any champion besides the first one to hit you.
