Game play Tryndamere ult bug

This happened 3 times in a week. I got kill 3 times with my ult on. I was stunned by Gnar, Taric and Sona. I got my ult out and still dies. I am pretty sure I got killed within the 5 second, and I my ult was on cool down when I died.
