Bugs In game play

There is some kind of bug that exists with the click and the keyboard in the game play.... The symptoms that I am dealing with currently is at death, teleportation or reaching level 6 or 5 into the game. The visibility symptoms is that the arrows that is shown at click (movement click on the map) turns red, I cant use tab to see the score board, esc to view the option, or ping at all, cant even upgrade on keyboard or mouse. There is also some crazy 2 to 3 second delay in command click during game. If the screen is unlocked I can't see anything else but the fountain, if locked I cant click on the map to see whats going on in the game ( I cant change between the options for the screen). The only way I could get rid of this is by force quitting and reopening the game. The loading screen takes time as well leaving my team at a disadvantage.

One that just popped up is that when I bought you double charged me for him from 452ip it went to -448 ip. Plz refund me 450 ip now! RIOT PLZ DONT LEAVE ME LIKE to cry.......
