[Client] Easily repeatable profile visual glitch

This is a small glitch which I had noticed when hovering around the profile page. By hovering over your rank before your mastery 5 or 6 champions, the background where the text would appear would be smaller than it should be. This smaller box seems to only fit the mastery points for the champion, leaving the green "Rank S- or higher to gain Mastery 6 tokens" text without a background. The smaller box is also the same size of that of a mastery 7 champion's black box.

Steps to recreate:

1. Hover over profile rank
2. Hover over a mastery 5 or 6 champion
3. Note the size of the too small background box

As far as I have tried it, this would occur 100% of the time, making it consistently occurring.
