[GAMEPLAY] In Practice Tool the "Demolish" Rune Bypasses Turret Invincibility

While in the practice tool with the "Demolish" rune selected, the damage caused by said rune bypasses the turret invincibility setting you may turn on in practice tool. Your attacks will otherwise do no damage to turrets as intended, only the auto attack empowered (after the normal 4 seconds of charging while standing within 600 range of the turret) by the "Demolish" rune.

Steps to replicate:

1. Once in practice tool enable turret invincibility.
2. Get to an enemy turret and stand near it for 4 seconds to charge the "Demolish" rune.
3. Auto attack the turret with your now empowered attack.

I have tested this bug in 3 separate practice tool games, as 3 different champions. Each time I was able to replicate the effect in the same way. On 2 of the 3 champions I tested this bug on I used skins, the third champion I used (Sion, as shown in the video below) had no skin and the effects were the same.
