You cannot create a game because you are already in game

Hello guys, i was in champion select and hit frozen screen. Then i exit the client and re-enter in it. Then i tried to create a new game but it gives me "You cannot create a game because you are already in game" 2 hours passed and nothing. Can you please tell me what to do? When i try to report a bug, its says "You need to be logged in to report a bug" While i am logged in. Its just nothing... :((((((((((
