When smart casting pink ward and casting ability at same time game will crash

Almost every time I put down a pink ward and cast an ability (usually my ult) the game will crash. This tends to happen a lot against akali.

Other information that might be relevant My pink ward smart cast is always on 3 I'm not sure if it's just the ultimate, as I usually face roll against akali anyways. Has happened to me in season 4 as well

I haven't had any time to try to reproduce it, but it's happened multiple times in the same game, as well as not happening in some games. It's been a while since people have been playing akali anyways, so I didn't remember about it till i fought another akali today, but it's been around.
