A recall bugg cost me my promo

I was in a ranked game. If i won this one i would win my promo to gold 1.

So after we won a teamfight i noticed tf splitpushing bot. So i started my recall.

Now while i was looking bot, my recall got canceled by nothing. However visual indicators still showed it as if i was recalling on my screen.

After reviewing the replay i didn't see anthing that could cause my recall to stop. Aditionally on my screen it was still going. This all caused me to be late and lose the promo after we had just won a fight that could win us the game.

I'm honestly extremely pissed off that this happened at a time as crucial as this...

Just like in the second clip, i could still see my recall channeling. Hence why i didn't cancel untill the intial recall completed. I was looking botlane and pinging it so i didn't look at my character recalling but i still saw the bar loading up.
