The patcher screen is bugged.

It would be much appreciated if someone could help me with an issue I have on my patcher. When I was patching the client for 4.20, I fell asleep and I woke up the next morning and the whole thing was like zoomed in and I have tried everything that was on the help page on League of Legends but nothing has worked. Being specific on whats wrong, I can't click "accept" for the terms and conditions thing. I also tried re-downloading League but no luck. Added a file of a picture of what I am seeing.
