The new Preseason of if not then new season and issues with ping lag

Dear Riot when you make a new season you better not screw many things up. For one getting rid of Clarity, Sword of the occult, and the precursor 2 gold per cs and passive gold was a horrid decision but that's not what im here to talk about, no, this problem is much more frustrating then that and the champion illodi (or something close to that spelling) and the item nerfs combined. The problem is that with the new season I've been starting to have lag and from season 3 to current season I haven't had problems until a few weeks to 2 months ago when i've been getting lag from the pre-season and at this point it seems extremely likely that people would quit league and I would tend to agree for 360 ping is unplayable and it makes it horrendous to play so please for the love of all good in MOBA's fix this bug pronto so I can actually do ranked and have fun in norms.(might be related with the server)
