Angry.. Can't join games

hello guys,

I can't join games anymore.. i wanted to play with a friend of my and we were going to play.. He joined my party and we started to play As he could accept the game i didn't saw the accept or decline buttons..

I've tried any options and helps on the web and also on the forums of league..

Please help me.
