[Gameplay] Frost Queen's Claim drops souls for thresh

I was playing as thresh vs a nami who went frost queens and whenever she hit someone with the active a soul or two would drop under my allies who were hit by the ghosts. It stopped happening as often later in the game but was consistant pre 25 minutes
