Practice tool (PBE and normal client) constantly disconnects

Can't use practice tool at all, it just disconnects, and I'm pretty sure it's not my fault since my friend also had this issue. Of course, just waiting a few minutes for it to kick for inactivity or something works, but

A. Frustrating when you want to start testing out in normals and then you gotta wait

B. That time spent wasnt in practice tool but it was trying to attempt to connect. Every time, not just one, and happened to friends too.
