Did anyone has a skin loss problem

I have been traveling for the past few days and when I log into my account I find out that** I lost almost 20 skins**. As an almost full skin collector, it is easy to find out what I lost including Omega Squad Series (Teemo, Fizz, Veigar, Tristana, Twitch), SKT T1 (Nami, Olaf, Jhin, Ekko, Zac, Syndra), Battle Boss (Malzahar, Blitzcrank, Brand, Ziggs), Arcade (Corki), Demon (Vi), Penta Kill (Kayle) - 18 in total.

How will this be solved? And how can I get my loss back cus I was using my skin shards to reroll those skins (and that is how I find out my skin missing)?
