Sion is bugged and Can't use Q or R
I've played 10 games with the new sion and he continuously will bug through out the game and will not use his q or r.

I had this issue today as well. It started mid game. Dying had no effect. Clicking the icons manually had no effect. I was never able to resolve it. 
Can confirm as well, was jungling as AD Sion (if you haven't done that, try AD Sion, it's stupid silly how much damage he can do) when I decided to help Zed in mid. So I went ahead and and helped him with the shield+charge dunk and insta killed twitch and Diana, went to kill Janna with the axe charge but got picked up by her twister. Tried to use Axe again but it wouldn't work. I decided to relog in and that fixed it up, but at the cost of a dragon stack, as if reconnecting didn't have it's own flaws already. Thankfully my team understood why I did that so there wasn't any "Sion you is usless hur dur bur"
