i played difrent champs i had very good scores i placed alot of wards pinks but still my team mate gets a s when he is 7/2 and i dont get the box when i am 14/2 nice and i didnt get an s on that champion this season

Have you been banned/got chat restrict recently? Have you played a champ you already got a hextech chest with this season? Have you taken down only few creeps/objectives? If you answer yes to one of these questions this might be the reason you didnt get any chest. Also keep in mind you can't get more than 4 chests per months.
