Spectate mode still timing out

Hey guys,

I am STILL unable to spectate and I am also unable to log in flawlessly ever anymore. Takes 3 + tries on average. There is just a failure to reach the spectate server as well as the log in server.... Please fix this already. It has been over 2 months now and honestly I USED to enjoy spectating. I would like it back SOMETIME in the near future.

Same here. Today I re-installed the game and it didn't fix these problems. Funny thing is I've opened some threads about this issue and all of them are deleted for no reason.
