Singed Fling Bug [GAMEPLAY]

I have been experiencing a bug with Singed's fling whenever I play him and as he is my main champ that is often. Recently his fling will randomly merely toss them where they are for less than half of the duration of the fling and not throw them behind him. This is seemingly unexplainable and has cost me several kills in game. It started for me on Friday October 17, 2014 and has been going on since then at random times in game.
