In practice mode, if you buy a grievous wounds item (ie. 
) and do over 400 or so damage at once, you can kill the practice dummy and they will respawn at the enemy base.
The easiest way to recreate this bug is to go 
and buy a mortal reminder and get the silver bolts to proc.
This also works with things like Katarina ult (with a w to get a dagger) and 
Yea I just had this happen with ignite and came in here to report it. You just beat me to it.
I was very surprised when I killed a dummy with Garen using the Mortal Reminder. I was just about to report it too.
From what I tried, it happens every time i buy ... every dummy drop dead and I get kill announcement for each of them (also kill score climbing up)
Yes it does happen because of grievous wounds, i was just in practice tool trying out the new Diana with a morellonomicon and this happened to me too.
