quinn permabird form bug

rest of the game was normal quinns ult had a timer but around the 60 min mark (long ass game ik) i went bird to escape after we got baron backed while still in bird form solds boots for trinity ( cause why not) and then i was able to stay in bird form for as long as i wanted wich i did for about 12 mins until we ended it
