Friends List Not Working

The names pop up but their profile picture doesn't show. I am unable to use the chat. When I right click a user I only get "Send Message", "Add Note", "Unfriend", and "Block". I don't get "View Profile" and none of them are able to appear online. It has been like this for some time.

Edit: I completed a "Full Repair" from the clients settings menu and still the same problem
