I can't sell any items. EVER!

I can't seem to sell items. I can't figure out why. The option is always gray. I can only undo in matches and buy. It's causing me many problems with my inventory. I am in the starting location when i try to sell.

if you are using a champion that can deal damage while in the base like. Nidalee with her traps, Heimer with his turrets, jhin with his traps, etc. it wont let you undo your buys. about selling I dunno.
