Phantom Champion Capsule

My son was just playing a game, got the win, after honours were handed out he got two splash screens. One was for the FWOTD reward and the second was for a Champions capsule. In his loot interface, there was no capsule to open, and looking closer, he was still about 2/3 of the way to lvl 39. He was not entitled to one yet, but just letting you know the splash screen for receiving one did show up prematurely.
