[Client] Game Will Not Launch After Champ Select

Twice in a row today (on two different accounts) I have gone through champ select and the game has not launched the first time it said the game was still in progress and the other it gave me an option to reconnect but when pressed it did nothing (tried many times). When I hover over the icon it says the game is still going on. I never connected the game simply did not connect and and nothing I did even prompted it to open the game window. I must stress I did not bug splat the game simply never created the in game window that you play on. I did have other windows open at the time specifically a browser window. Will I get my LP back is this a known bug? Edit: I restarted my computer I did not lose LP on one account and the game was remade. The other account I am not sure if it counted as a loss because I was 0 LP at the time but I think it did because it gave me a Leave Buster penalty.
