I was playing a game and the enemy team had a disconnected Annie, so we immediately rush and give the enemy Draven first blood. At the 3 minute mark, they still were able to /remake. I thought first blood was supposed to stop that? Anyways, just thought it'd be good to look into. Thanks!
First blood will only prevent a remake if it happens before someone disconnects. If someone has already disconnected, then first blood will not prevent a remake from happening. First blood also needs to happen against the team with the disconnect, not for, so you guys would need to get the first blood, not give it.
/Remake becomes available at 3:00 if a player is disconnected or flagged as inactive for 90 seconds. First blood against a player's team before they leave/dc will prevent a /remake vote.

Not a bug. First Blood only prevents /remake if and only if the first blood happens before the DC.
