Not sure what sort of bug this is

Not sure if anyone else is facing the same problem, but every time I go to create or play a game I can get into champ select just fine. But the moment It goes to move on to the LoL client for the actual gameplay I am greeted instead with the "reconnect to match" screen. At first I assumed it was just a disconnection from the server. But in the top right it still shows that I am in a game even though I am not able to connect (on a sided note clicking the "reconnect button in the center of the screen does absolutely nothing. Before realizing it was a serious issue I attempted to join a few more games and was punished with LeaverBuster on both tries due to being afk because I couldn't join the match. meaning that on top of the bug I now had to wait several minutes to even join matches. I have tried repairing, Uninstalling and reinstalling, using the hextech repair application, and tweaking settings on my laptop and the game itself. I have since moved to running my tests on custom games to avoid any more Afk reports and to avoid ruining other gamers experiences so they don't have to try 4v5 matches. Anyhow does anyone know of a fix for this? It would be greatly appreciated as it has been a few weeks since I have been able to actually participate in a match.
