If it's pure probability, then maybe a key should be guaranteed every x wins if you've not been lucky.
I have 3 weeks since I got a fragment. So idk..
If ypur having trouble getting keys featured game modes and aram have a higher drop rate from what ive calculated cause i did a test and found out that they do twisted treeline and summoners rift have the same drop rate tho.
