Server changes

Hi guys i just ran into an issue i had been getting long time ago. When ever i change my server from EUW to NA i get that whole patch update it haven't happen to me in a while but right now it has become so annoying since i change servers everyday to play with my friends. Anyone could help me solve my problem would be much appreciated thanks.
