Weird StutterStep Camera

During a game, my friend and I both kept getting weird freeze frames/camera stuttersteps as we would try to pan around even though our fps and ping were perfectly fine. At the end of the game we ended up getting an invalid map screen and didn't have an option to "Play Again"
