Can't delete and redownload corrupted replay file?

I am trying to re-download the said replay file and I have already tried navigating to documents > league of legends > replays and deleting all of the .ROFL files. However when I go back to my league client it still says I have the same "corrupted" file and doesn't choose to redownload it. Instead it simply plays the same "corrupted" filed that I have already deleted? I really want this replay and I need to fix it before the next patch~! Any ideas?

I have tried deleting the league folder in documents entirely and it seems that the game is not creating a new one there??? Is there any other location where it should be making one???
