[CLIENT] Stuck on loading screen for an entire game.

So i was loading into a game with a bunch of friends, and we where waiting on one more person to connect. This is normal, so i thought nothing of it. However, many minutes passed, and the person still hasnt loaded in. I thought, "alright, they might just have bad connection issues." Finally, 20 minutes later I got a notification that i believe said i crashed, i cant quite remember. But basically what happened is that i was the one that disconnected, which i didnt understand because 1. On the loading screen it said i was 100% logged in, and 2. My game didnt close or anything, i was just on the loading screen. I could move my mouse around too, so my computer wasnt frozen. My team ended up having to surrender at 20 minutes for obvious reasons, and it only told me that i "crashed" when the game ended. I do not think it was my internet that was the problem, because i was on my phone using my WiFi while i waited. If i could just have some information on what happened, and what can i do if it happens again or excessively.
