Help loading screen froze at 100%

I just got my new laptop today, acer intel core i5 brand new. But when I installed the client and went in a game for the first time. My screen froze at 100%... no matter what I do restarted my laptop 10 times, alt+tab and alt+f4 doesn't work. Although I can still move my cursor but I cannot exit out of loading screen, I have to restart my computer. Help me please I have tried all the methods but it doesn't work... is it just because the new window 10?
