"Your 3rd attack or spell on an enemy champion shocks the area around them . . ."

Isnt this supposed to do shock every THIRD ATTACK / SPELL ?

Morgana have W (Tormented Soil) which can activate shock by itself . . . Nasus have E (Spirit Fire) thich can activate shock by itself too . . .

I dont think these spells are 3 in 1.

It isn't a bug. Those spells create zone, so each tick is checking to see if you are in the zone then applies damage as if a new spell was cast.

"as if new spell was cast" - thats the problem . . . ( so it is bug )
