Blitzcrank "E" spell
Blitzcrank's E spell, his knockup and double damage on next auto attack is bugged, over 10 test of the ability ranks 1-3 it only knocks up the target 4/10 times.

Perhaps it's just that blitz doesn't WANT to knock up what your telling it too... I mean he is a robot for god sake. - That was a joke, other golems find it appropriately funny.
I have played 3 Blitzcrank games in the past 2 days and can say I have no experienced this whatsoever. Power Fist has always knocked my target into the air as expected.
