Loss of FPS near Zoe

Played a match last night and noticed some graphics issues whenever the camera was near Zoe. Specifically, my FPS would begin to flutter between 54 and 61 whenever she was in or near the camera frame, but elsewhere on the map my FPS would stabilize. My ping was absolutely consistent at 75 the whole game. Not sure if anyone else noticed this or if it was the one game. I wanted to report it here to see if anyone else noticed. Anyway, yeah, it was weird.
