Ingame loading problem

I am reporting a problem Regarding latency issue I log on and select a champion, then once i enter in-game, the MS raises to 500, and i get logged out and when i try to reconnect again it does not let me log back in, and this is not a single statement but i noticed many players have the same issue with the same exact details mentioned above. please advice if any way to fix that .
